Victorian Cart
Our prices start from £ 280.00. This is for a total of 3 hours hire (daytime or evening) and includes the following:
- Candy Cart Hire.
- Selection of sweets and candy.
- A member of staff (if requested).
- All sweet jars and glassware.
- Scoops and tongs.
- Paper sweet bags.
- Bagging of any remaining sweets.
- Choice of cover for the cart.
- Decorative touches to match your event colour/theme.
If you require the Candy Cart for longer than 3 hours then an additional hiring charge of £50.00 per hour will be applied. (subject to availability)
Wedding Cakes
We are happy to offer a no obligation consultation process to discuss your specific requirements. Working with these, we at BellaRossa, will design your perfect unique cake. Also as part of the consultation process you will be provided with some of our flavours to try.
To book a consultation please see the contact details section of this site and call or email us to arrange a convenient time. We currently take wedding cake bookings up to a year in advance.
We require a non-refundable £50 deposit to reserve the date and confirm the booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid 2 weeks before the wedding date. Any design changes or alterations can be made up to one month before the wedding.
Summer months are our busiest time so if you are getting married in this period we recommend you book and reserve a date as soon as possible.
Birthday Cakes
We offer a consultation process for birthday cakes, if required. Cakes selected from our birthday cake gallery may be ordered over the phone. We require a £20 deposit to confirm order, with the balance payable by cash or debit / credit card on collection.

At BellaRossa Creations we reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time
Booking
A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure a Bellarossa Creations themed party/ cake.
We will send you a confirmation by email and/or by post (if preferred).
We will require full and final payment 2 weeks prior to your event. Acceptable methods of payment are: Cash / Cheque/ Debit or Credit Card.
If any additional services are required, once party/ cake design has been agreed, BellaRossa Creations must be given a minimum of 5 days notice to ensure availability of extra requirements.
Cash / Debit / Credit card only for late changes.
Changes
You may change agreed design up to 4 weeks before your event.
Changes after this time will incur extra fees.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
If you have paid the full amount, you must write to BellaRossa Creations within 4 weeks of making the payment.
You will receive your full payment, less the non-refundable deposit, £50
If you cancel the order within 7 days prior to your event then no refund will be given.
In the very unlikely event that we have to withdraw our services due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund on monies paid (including any deposits made to us).
Delivery
At BellaRossa Creations, we apply delivery charges based on distance from our location.
We will advise you on delivery costs at the time of placing your order with us. We will deliver to the chosen venue at the agreed time. So we will require a full postal address (including postcode) and the contact number of the venue.
BellaRossa Creations will not be held liable or responsible for any delays arising in the delivery / setup of your cake(s) at the venue due to traffic conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
If a delay should occur for any reason, we will immediately contact you or your Wedding Planner / Co-ordinator / Venue.
Setup
At BellaRossa Creations, as part of our perfect and personal service, we like to set up the cakes at the venue.
If, for any reason, we cannot set up the cake ourselves (e.g. if we have to leave the cake(s) at the venue earlier due to room not being ready), we will obtain a signature from a senior staff member to prove that everything was in perfect condition at time of delivery.
BellaRossa Creations will not be held responsible should anything occur after we have left the premises. Once we finish setting up and arranging the cake(s), we will take photographs to show everything has been safely setup as per your requirements and instructions.
If you decide to move the cake(s), stands or other displays, after completion of agreed arrangement, BellaRossa Creations will not be liable for any damage that may occur.
